In Remembrance of My Dad

My dad passed away on March 9, 2023.

His favorite Bible verses were Proverbs 2:4-5. It says, "if you seek her as sliver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God."

When I was a young 

When my dad was alive

He taught me Proverbs 2

Verses 4 and 5

I despised it back then

But I listen today 

That seed blossomed

Though there was delay       

To seek and to search

It's the best you can do

For God and for wisdom 

It will get you through 

That seed was planted 

The little seed I had 

For that I am thankful

But I miss my dad
