Luke 18:1-8
Grant justice from the adversary
A widow pressed in from the start
Persistence made a way you see
She shows us we cannot lose heart
The judge ignored
But she prayed through
Helped from the Lord
Faithful and true
The judge had no regard for man
And neither had a fear of God
Her fervency revealed God's plan
She wearied him with repeated prods
He will defend
We can expect
God shall avenge
His own elect
